4-mile run, but here's the twist - between each mile, knock out:

  • 10 burpees

  • 10 pullups (or rows if you're pull-up hunting)

  • 25 situps

Can't run outside? Treadmill works. No pullup bar? Grab some dumbbells and do rows. The point isn't perfection - it's getting it done. Scale accordingly y’all.
