WEEKEND BURNER

Grab a pair of dumbbells and get after this full-body strength & conditioning workout.

The Workout (5 Rounds, 5 Minutes Each)

  1. Dumbbell Goblet Squat – 12 reps
    Hold one dumbbell at chest level, squat deep, and drive up.

  2. Dumbbell Bent-Over Rows – 10 reps per arm
    Keep your back straight, hinge at the hips, and pull the dumbbell toward your ribs.

  3. Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 10 reps
    Press both dumbbells overhead, control the movement down.

  4. Dumbbell Deadlift to High Pull – 10 reps
    Hinge at the hips, lift the dumbbells to chest level with an explosive pull.

  5. Dumbbell Reverse Lunges – 8 reps per leg
    Step back, lower with control, and drive up through the front foot.
